Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill in our Patient Forms. Alternatively you can download this prior to your arrival for your convenience.

For all your appointments with Dr Palme

Please ensure that you bring a valid referral from your medical practitioner.

Please ensure you bring results and copies of all your previous investigations such as blood tests, biopsy results, audiograms and Xrays for example ultrasound, CT or MRI scans.


Cancellation of appointment

If you do need to defer or cancel your appointment with Dr Palme, please inform our team at your earliest convenience in order to arrange an alternate date.


Patients Requiring Surgery

All patients scheduled for surgery will fill out their paperwork with Dr Palme at the time of consultation. 

Our Team will be glad to assist you in completing your forms, provide financial consent and  go through all the steps necessary for your surgery.






Please inform our team regarding any significant past medical history including any previous surgical procedures and regular medications. This importantly includes any medications that may cause problems with blood clotting.

Medication that may cause excessive bleeding include ASPIRIN, NON STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS ( ie. Voltaren, Nurofen ), PLAVIX, ASASANTIN, PRADAXA and WARFARIN. 

Please also inform our team whether you take any alternative medication including GARLIC, VITAMIN E Supplements and GINSENG.

It is very important that you bring all relevant results such as blood tests, biopsy results and importantly Xrays such as Ultrasound, CT and MRI scans on the day of your surgery.

Please note; Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
